Perry4Law provides techno-legal digital evidencing and e-discovery services in India. This include litigation support, consultancy support, project formulation and implementation support, ADR and ODR support, E-Courts support, etc. Digital evidencing and e-discovery are primarily but not necessarily meant for resolving “civil disputes”. Though the services of this Centre can be availed for resolving “criminal disputes” yet we prefer to keep it separate from our “Cyber Forensics Centre” that is primarily meeting the requirements of criminal litigations and consultancies.

Perry4Law, along withPerry4Law Techno Legal Base (PTLB) and Perry4Law Techno-Legal ICT Training Centre (PTLITC) are also managing basic level and higher level Educational, Training and Coaching requirement of various professionals.

This Centre is also providing its techno-legal services regarding “Techno-Legal Corporate Due Diligence” due diligence audits, due diligence consultancies and due diligence trainings. The Information Technology Amendment Act 2008 has made the cyber law of India reasonably strict as far as “Due Diligence” by companies, NSPs. Intermediaries, etc are concerned.

Institutions, organisations, companies and other stakeholders involved in “Online Dealings” in any form including e-commerce can seek the services of this Centre to make their services “risk free” and “cyber law compliant”. The services of this Centre can also be availed for out of courts dispute resolution.
